Finally, the new term is up! Everything went very smoothly in transaction, no problems at all. Now, we have several things that are changed, you can refer to the PM sent out yesterday, or check the thread out in the announcements to see what went down in the few hours the site was inaccessible. Classes have started, students must attend them!

So yeah, this is the New Term we've all been hyped about. I don't speak for everyone, but I definitely think I was the most pumped for this. Loads of changes have been made, the complete list should be in the Announcements board, if my lazy butt got to it in time. Yes, by the way, I'm posting in future tense. As I post this now, everything's still being worked on, but you know what? We'll deal.

"Yes, I would go crazy also. It would become very annoying and I probably wouldn't be friends with half of the people I am now. Because if you were all about purebloods being superior than everyone else, I don't know if we would be here having this long conversation. No offense to you or anything. It would be against your house," stated Andromeda with a smirk.
Andy saw Brandon block his eyes from the light. "Oops! Sorry about that. I guess I should have told you. And don't worry, I won't have you talking to my animals. I sort of understand what they want when they bite me or something," stated Andy with a small laugh.
"Well, what a nice way to put down my ideas," she said with a laugh. "You never know, it could work. But I don't want to try it."

"I would probably end up transferring to another school if it came down to that. I think Slytherin's and Gryffindors would be at constant war with one another, the way it was during the Founding times. I don't think the staff could handle it. Especially not with my mum being the die-hard Slytherin that she is," Brandon shuddered at the thought. He knew that if it boiled down to it, his mom would definitely choose her former House over anything. Like it was before the Dark Lord was defeated. "Haha yeah, I think you're right. We'd probably be fighting or something. Then again, you'd probably be in the Library studying about now, so we wouldn't even be having this conversation," Brandon smiled over at the girl.
"It's cool, who needs sight anyway?" Brandon joked, his eyes adjusting finally. He laughed with the girl. "I probably would talk to them, if you asked. I just don't like people freaking out and thinking they've got to worship me because I can make their cat kill them in their sleep or something stupid like that," Brandon remarked, looking at the ground.
Again, the boy laughed, his eyes lighting up with each one. "I'm sorry, I didn't mean to put them down, promise," Brandon laughed, "Aw, you don't want to be caught out of bed past bedtime, that hurts."

"Yeah, me too. But then I would be getting better grades if I were studying all of the time. But I get sick of studying as it is. And the rival seems to be still going on, but it does seem to have cooled down over the years," stated Andy. Since things were still tense over Gryffindor and Slytherin, Andromeda couldn't even begin to imagine how bad it was years before. "Yeah, but I would much rather be here talking to you than studying for whatever I had to," said Andromeda with a smile.
Andy laughed at his small joke. "Well thanks, but I don't think I would want that. I sort of would like to live and my animals are just fine the way that they are," stated Andromeda with a smile across her lips.
A confused look spread across Andy's face. "Now why would it hurt you if I don't want to be caught out of bed," she asked.

"Haha, I'd definitely get better grades in Potions and Defense Against the Dark Arts if it were true," Brandon laughed, suddenly feeling rather sad. The only reason he didn't get a good grade in Potions was because he hadn't been to a lesson since he passed out, his father's simply been giving him 60% on all assignments so he would pass. As quickly as it came, the sadness was gone. Brandon smiled back at the girl. "Yeah, I know what you mean. I'd rather be here talking to you than off plotting world domination."
Brandon smiled again at the girl. "Well, it's not too often that I'm caught out of bed with anyone, I'd rather like to see whether punishment is issued. Unless you'd rather be out with your boyfriend, completely understandable there," Brandom smiled, but the inside was clockwork, trying to figure the best way to learn about this girl without being so damn obvious.

Andy laughed at his comment. "Well thank you for now taking over the world. It will be much appreciated in the next couple of years," giggled out Andromeda. She was having a good time with Brandon, even if she was supposed to be in bed. She knew that she would be tired in the morning, but she would probably skip her morning classes anyway. Andy would rather sit in the Great Hall and talk to Brandon.
"I would like to see if you get a punishment either," stated Andromeda before she heard his next comment. "Uhm, I don't have a boyfriend," she said quietly. She was thankful that it was dark so that he couldn't see how red her face turned. She knew that it wasn't a bad thing not to have a boyfriend, it was just different having people think that she did have one.

The smile broke out upon Brandon's face again as he listened to the girl laugh. It was a very pretty laugh. "Why, you're welcome. Though, I don't think it'd be any different than it is now, I don't think I know how to run the world, really," Brandon said, running a hand through his head, "I'm not sure exactly what Voldemort was thinking when he tried. It'd be too complicated to attempt." Brandon watched the silhouette of the girl as she talked.
"I don't think I would. All punishments get reported to my mum, I think any teacher would be scared she would be mad at them for wasting her time," Brandon explained, his hand again at his hair. The smile appeared at his face again as she said she didn't actually have a boyfriend. It might have been dark, but Brandon could tell from the pitch of the girl's voice that she was either blushing or highly embarrassed otherwise.
"That's okay, I'm not judging," Brandon smiled. "There's a Hogsmead trip next weekend, I wouldn't say no to the company."

"Well, I assume it would be too. Not many people are up for the challenge and I am one of those people. I find it just fine the way it is. But when you do decide, let me know because I need time to get used to the fact," said Andromeda with a small smile on her face. At of all the night Andy had snuck out for, she never thought that she would be talking to Brandon Malfoy. It was different than what she was used to.
"Well, that's true. I hear that your mother doesn't like wasted time. But that is just a rumor," stated Andromeda. And it was. Andy had never really talked to the headmisstress before. So everything she knew about her was just a rumor.
Andromeda blushed even more when Brandon mentioned the upcoming Hogsmeade trip. It caught her off gaurd, but she wouldn't let it show. "Well, I wouldn't say no to the company either," she said with a smile on her face.

"Ahh, that's where we differ. I'd be up for the challenge, if it was offered as that, but to attempt it with so many people to take down in the process... I guess he was as batty as mum says after all," Brandon laughed a bit. "Yeah, I suppose it's good now, I can only imagine how it'll be if my Great-Aunt ever attempts to go at it like Voldemort did. Bella wasn't really fun to be around at times growing up..." Brandon winced slightly at the thought of his Aunt Bellatrix taking over the world. They'd all be screwed, every last one of them. Bella was possibly crazier than Voldemort himself, who was out for his own power. Bellatrix just liked to kill and be admired. The world would be screwed.
"Oh no, she'd be mad if they went to her for nothing. She's too alert, hates wasting energy in something unimportant. I think she only wants the staff to come to her about us if we're hurt, or if we've done something so destructive that it would take an army to repair. I think something as small as a minor curfew violation might upset her on their behalf," Brandon said thoughtfully, wondering the limits of his mother's fury.
Brandon, noticing slightly the blush on the girl's cheeks, turned slightly to look interestingly at the wall, as though he hadn't seen the color which crept to her pretty face. "Great!" Brandon said with a bit too much enthusiasm. He coughed slightly, trying to free the awkward moment that was sure to follow. "I was thinking it was a great time to stock up on Honeyduke's, I could show you around the other places that people rarely go, too. The rocky hill just outside of town, the Shrieking Shack too, that's always fun." Brandon tried to push from his mind exactly what he was doing last time he ventured up to the Shack, also who.

"I bet she wasn't," added in Andy as he talked about his Great-Aunt. Andromeda had heard stories about the war and was glad that she wasn't part of it. There was too much violence, and she hated that. She hated the fact that someone could be so greedy and to think that they were better than everybody. Some of the Slytherins were like that, but at least they hadn't killed anyone to get it through peoples head. At least, not that she knew of.
"My mother could care less about what I did," state Andromeda aloud, mostly to herself. Not caring if Brandon did hear. Her mother really didn't bother. After having older brothers who broke every rule known to man, Andromeda's mother didn't keep tabs on Andromeda. As long as she diddn't end up dead or pregnant, Mrs. Cattanas was happy. "The good thing is is that your mother cares about you and worries."
Andromeda knew that Brandon saw her blush, but she was touched by the courtesy of him turning his head the other way. Smirking at she noted the extra enthusiasm Brandon spoke with, Andy was sort of glad for it. "Sounds fun. I haven't been up to the Shrieking Shack since third year, I believe," stated Andy.
